“Craig Peddle brings over three decades of law enforcement expertise. Craig grew up in Toronto, Canada and has served as a police officer in the community of Jane and Finch, Malvern, Special Investigation Services, Detective Services, Street Crime, the Gun and Gang Task Force, Community Response Unit, Youth Services, Community Policing Support Unit, Intelligence Services, Investigative Support in Professional Standards as an Investigator and Surveillance Officer, a ‘Wire-Tap” investigator/supervisor and has assisted with Homicide investigations during many lateral assignments; including criminal gang cases and offences related to firearms and explosives.

In 2000, he created and founded, the Ontario Gang Investigators Association, which is the first international network of gang investigators accepted into the National Alliance of Gang Investigators Associations. He served as President and extensively mentored the Board of Director’s and members of the Gang Investigators Association. He has also been qualified to provide expert evidence for court matters in the Province of Ontario; having testified at all levels of the Judiciary. He has instructed hundreds of law enforcement operatives while teaching on the Expert Witness Course hosted by the Ministry of the Attorney General. Craig assisted the Federal Government of Canada with understanding the scope, manifestation, tactics and ideology of criminal street gangs in Canada, assisting the government in their pursuit to table and ultimately enact new Criminal Organization legislation and laws for Canada.

He is certified by the Ontario Police College and the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police as a Media Relations Officer and operationally fulfilled this role with two of the most historic police agencies in Canada, and for the Ontario Gang investigators Association.

He is the recipient of the Exemplary Service Medal and Bars, from the Governor General of Canada and has received numerous Commendations and awards including two Exemplary Service Commendations from the Toronto Police Service and the City of Toronto.

He sits on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Tactical Officers Association and for the registered charity Badge of Life Canada.

Craig currently lives with clinically diagnosed employment experienced Post Traumatic Stress. He is working towards his certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapist (CBT) Certification.”
